Products and orders

Please review the selected size, colour, quantity and delivery address before paying. Product descriptions identify what is included. Accessories shown for illustration are not included unless stated. Availability can change; if we cannot supply your order, we will contact you and arrange a refund for the unavailable item rather than substitute it without your agreement.

Prices and payment

All product prices and checkout charges are in Australian dollars (AUD), including orders delivered to Brazil or the United States. Review the full amount, shipping and any taxes shown at checkout before submitting payment. Your bank may apply currency conversion and international transaction fees. Payments are processed through the payment services available at checkout.

Delivery, returns and privacy

Products may ship directly from overseas suppliers. Please read our Shipping Policy and Returns and Refunds Policy before ordering. Contact Petchi for help with a delay, cancellation, return or refund. Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is used to provide the store and fulfil orders.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits consumer guarantees or other rights that cannot legally be excluded, including rights under Australian Consumer Law where applicable. Changes to these terms apply prospectively and do not remove rights attached to an order already placed.
