Shipping policy

Petchi accepts orders for destinations supported at checkout, currently Australia, Brazil and the United States. Products may be dispatched directly from suppliers overseas, including China. We do not represent these items as locally stocked in Australia.

Charges and currency

Shipping charges are shown before payment. The current standard shipping rate is A$16 for the supported delivery zones; the checkout total is the amount to review for your order. All checkout charges are in AUD. Your bank may charge for conversion to your local currency.

Delivery estimates and tracking

Delivery time depends on the specific product, variant and destination. Please contact bruno@elia.com.br before ordering if you need an estimate for your address or delivery by a particular date. We cannot guarantee arrival on a specific day. Carrier estimates describe transit and do not include any time needed to process an order or resolve customs delays.

For reference only, the carrier estimate checked on 19 September 2026 for the grey 40 × 50 cm Double-Layer Cat Litter Mat was 6–10 days to Australia and 9–15 days to Santa Catarina, Brazil. These estimates do not apply to every item, address or order and are not a delivery guarantee.

Tracking details are provided when available after dispatch. Items in a multi-item order may arrive separately. If tracking stops updating, an item is missing, or a carrier requests an unexpected charge, contact Petchi with your order number so we can investigate. Please check your delivery address carefully and contact us promptly to request corrections before processing.
